Ecom Kaizen ("we") runs ecomkaizen.live as a plain company website. It collects close to nothing. The specifics are below.
Scope
This policy applies to this website and to email you send us. It does not apply to the online stores we operate. Each store publishes its own policy for orders, accounts and payments.
Data we receive
- Email: your address and the content of any message you send.
- Request logs: our hosting provider records the IP address, browser and device type, requested page and timestamp for each visit, in order to serve and secure the site.
Data we do not collect
There are no accounts, forms or payments on this site. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and it loads no fonts, scripts or pixels from third parties.
Use
Email is used to reply and to keep a record of the exchange. Request logs are used to operate, debug and protect the website. Either may be used to meet a legal obligation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Our hosting and email providers process it for us to the extent their service requires. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
Retention
Email is retained while a matter is open and afterwards for as long as a reasonable business record requires. Request logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited period.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. Local law may grant further rights, and we will respect them. Send the request to the address in section 10.
Children
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Revisions
When this policy changes, the new text replaces this page and the revision date is updated.
